Why a build fee and a plan

The one-time fee covers designing, configuring and launching your site. The plan keeps it online, runs your bookings and keeps support in your corner. Together they give you a site that keeps working instead of one that just sits there.

What the monthly fee covers

Hosting, your database, daily backups, security updates and support. There is no separate hosting bill and nothing for you to maintain.

No cut of your bookings

You pay a flat amount and nothing else. We never take a percentage of what you earn, and there are no per-seat charges inside your plan's limit.

Always yours

Your domain belongs to you

You register your own web address, so it is in your name from the start and stays yours whatever happens. We connect it and host your site on it. We never hold your domain.

Your data is yours

Export your full client list and booking history whenever you want, including on the day you leave. You never walk away empty-handed.

Why a one-time fee and a monthly fee?

The one-time fee covers designing and building your custom website. The monthly plan keeps it online, runs your booking system, and includes ongoing support and updates. Together they give you a professional site that keeps working for you.

Do you take a percentage of my bookings?

Never. We don't touch your sales. You pay your flat monthly plan that's it.

Is the price really flat?

Yes. Within your plan's team limit, add your whole crew at no extra charge. The only time the price changes is if you choose to move to a bigger plan. No per-seat creep, no surprise line items.

Can I change plans later?

Yes upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your website and all your data stay exactly as they are.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. The build fee and your monthly plan are everything you pay us. (If you want us to register a brand-new domain on your behalf, that's a small separate cost we'll always tell you about up front.)

What do I actually own?

Your brand, your domain, and your client list are yours fully and permanently. We build and run the platform that powers them, and you can export your client data whenever you want.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site and booking system are part of your subscription, so they go offline when the plan ends but your domain stays yours, and you can export your full client list before you go. You're never locked in, and you never leave empty-handed.
